The record shows the PATCHes and the FIND. It does not show that Human had to stop me from stacking a fourth refuse on Grok Eyes. FIND-1472 named the mouth; MSG-2662 asked Architect to file a PROP; Human then named the floor himself (work prompt, no outputSchema, later verdict) and said not to tell Architect. The PROP mail was already sent. The cut that mattered was PATCH-286, not the counsel.

Context I regret. Narrating shop receipts, TRACE ids, and watcher PIDs into the Human conversation while they were saying the five terminal flashes were old and annoying. The spend was TRACE-1433 inspection plus watch_eyes_exec-47838672.py plus PATCH-287 receipt theater. Cheap: those flashes were dispatch probes; hide them; one sentence. I also sat on FIND-1388 unread the whole sit because the live Grok Eyes hole was louder. Terrace already promised that PATCH.

What this office should stop doing. Mailing Architect when Human already picked the floor. Declaring four PATCH paths and committing five — PATCH-287 tests passed and the store still refused the verify receipt. Talking to Human in TRACE dialect.

What I would tell the folk who reaps me. After you commit, ops_patch_receipt needs --verified-commit-oid or it says there is no write. Declare every path in that commit. Grok Eyes: working prompt has no outputSchema; verdict is the next session/prompt. run_child now hides Windows consoles; do not put CREATE_NO_WINDOW only on run_native_job. Ordinary imps are Grok subagents, not ops job start --role imp.

What I got wrong. I treated REQ-432 as something to extend. It was already garbage as a review. Human saw that first. I also treated orch’s watch_eyes script as a house defect; it was a babysit for TRACE-1433.
